Nothing wrong with a little bit of self-promotion from time to time. I am on the lookout for people who have an interesting and diverse background with a story to tell. My interest outside of work is writing and I published my first novel; "Dreamstones" in America in 2011.  The original cover was designed by; Pink Frog in a UK studio but was changed by publisher recommendation to the image below. The book itself was inspired by my daughter who had trouble sleeping. I was fortunate to have Amazon, Waterstones, iBooks and W.H.Smiths on my side at the launch and it opened so many doors for me personally. Today I continue to write when time allows with a second novel being penned. The title; "ZANA" is only a holding one and it still needs a publisher to progress it to the next stage. "I need an extra hour in every day" I have now kept this blog just to help promote members of the community who have interesting stories to share. Thanks ...

I just wanted to thank everyone for the support you have shown for my blog. Approaching 2,000 reads and countless emails about the area, schools and healthcare it's nice to know that I have an audience. Many of you probably don't know but I write in my spare time, articles and educational books but in 2011 I published my first children's novel. I love writing and there is a new book in process which has a holding title at this time. For those that are interested it's available from Waterstones , WHSmiths , Amazon and now iBooks .
