Walking is a pastime here, why not it was voted by the world health council as having one of the best climates worldwide. Often this timeless place we call home boasts change but the beach remains relatively untouched. Rain or shine, there is a certain charm that is always inviting and provides much of the draw to this area. The beach has undergone some modernisation and one of the most recent changes caught my eye this morning. For better or for worse the pier at San Antonio has been extended and I think that from the tourist boat's perspective it's for the better. This particular scene has been symbolic to all the weddings, scattering of ashes, street parties, food festivals and tourists.
