Euro Roda Long Term Rental

One2one are proud to list this lovely 4 double bedroom, 3 bathroom house for a one year long term rental.  It's located in Euro Roda which is approximately a ten minute walk from the town centre. There are shops and infrastructure to include Lidl and Consum supermarkets.

Process:

1. This house is fully loaded so the landlord requires a bank guarentee that the rent will be paid on time and that the deposit can't be used to compensate the last month rent. The desposit is held against damages.

2. Contracts as with all one2one contracts are drawn up at an independent lawyer, this cost is shared at 50 euros plus IVA to tenant and the same for landlord. This provides protection for both tenant and landlord and leaves little room for disputes between the two parties.

3. Entry is one months rent plus deposit (one months rental value)

4. Inventory is recorded in video and photo formats which are signed and dated for point of reference.

5. Contract time is 12 months duration

I saw this video as it made the rounds online last year. A shark was filmed in the Port of Cartagena. There is no need to worry, it's extremely rare.
