There is much to be said about this hidden gem, the owners have a keen eye for detail and that shows in the way in which this apartment has been presented. It doesn't take long for you to work out the colour theme, it works well and doesn't leave you guessing as you enter this one bedroom apartment located a stones throw from Los Alcázares.

Located on the second floor and overlooking the communal pool and golf course it certainly has appeal. A communal car parking area is situated to the front of the building and there is both lift and stair access.

Polaris World offers not only security checkpoints on both sides of the development but also patrols by both a private security firm and the police. The immediate difference is that there are no bars on windows and patio doors something you see all round the coast and to be honest have to accept.

As you enter the apartment you get the feeling of space and light, the kitchen is positioned to the immediate right. It's well laid out and the breakfast bar doubles as a more than adequate space to eat or additional work surface if you are preparing that all important meal.

The bright white walls help to pick out the vibrant colours used from prints to cushion covers and it works very well. Next up is the arrangement of the living area and I have to say that the owners have worked this space very well too.

The patio doors offer a wonderful view that complements the living space and is ample in size. There is a table for four which given the climate in this region (320 days of sunshine) is where you will be eating most days.

The communal pool which is maintained all year round can be seen to the left although partially. The balcony can be accessed through the bedroom and the living room so it offers the feeling of space.

A small hallway separates the living space from the bathroom, another leads to the bedroom area which has been styled in the same theme as the rest of the apartment. There is a fitted wardrobe to the far corner and an air con system with vents in every room including this one. This system serves both heating and cooling and works excellently as there is an even distribution of cold or hot air.
